Annual Information Return

Just a friendly reminder that if your nonprofit's fiscal year ends December 31st, you filings are Due May 15th.

Generally, tax-exmpt organizations must file an annual information return (Form 990 or Form 990-EZ). Tax-exempt organizations that have annual gross receipts not normally in excess of $25,000 ($50,000 for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2010) are not required to file the annual information return; they may be required to file an annual electronic notice. In addition, churches and certain church-affliliated organizationare are exempt from filing.
